Apporter une assistance aux clients et agents de voyage dans la recherche de solutions pour r\xc3\xa9soudre les plaintes li\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99apr\xc3\xa8s-voyage. Description du poste : RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S :

Traiter toutes les r\xc3\xa9clamations \xc3\xa9crites des agents de voyage et des clients concernant des voyages pour lesquels des probl\xc3\xa8mes et questions doivent \xc3\xaatre r\xc3\xa9solus dans un d\xc3\xa9lai de 10 jours;
Effectuer toutes recherches pertinentes pour chaque plainte;
N\xc3\xa9gocier des ententes par t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone;
Analyser et examiner les appels concernant des d\xc3\xa9cisions prises ant\xc3\xa9rieurement et pour lesquelles les agents de voyage ou les clients ne sont pas d\xe2\x80\x99accord, et prendre la d\xc3\xa9cision ou le compromis appropri\xc3\xa9;
R\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes qui peuvent survenir en ce qui concerne les rapports des repr\xc3\xa9sentants \xc3\xa0 destination;
S\xe2\x80\x99assurer que les appels t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phoniques sont retourn\xc3\xa9s le jour-m\xc3\xaame ou dans les 24 h suivantes;
Tenir \xc3\xa0 jour le rapport hebdomadaire des plaintes et contribuer au rapport mensuel, trimestriel et annuel des plaintes;
Fournir et maintenir un service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le de qualit\xc3\xa9 et faire preuve de professionnalisme lors des contacts t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phoniques ou par correspondance;
Utiliser les param\xc3\xa8tres \xc3\xa9tablis pour aider \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes dans 50 % des cas (environ);
Faire preuve de bon jugement, s\xe2\x80\x99appuyer sur des d\xc3\xa9cisions ant\xc3\xa9rieures, des jugements juridiques et judiciaires pour prendre toute d\xc3\xa9cision visant \xc3\xa0 \xc3\xa9quilibrer le contrat dans 50 % des cas (environ);
Veiller \xc3\xa0 ce que toutes les d\xc3\xa9cisions soient conformes aux directives budg\xc3\xa9taires;
\xc3\x8atre en mesure de prendre des d\xc3\xa9cisions ad\xc3\xa9quates pour servir les int\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xaats de Vacances Air Canada et avoir une bonne compr\xc3\xa9hension de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quilibre entre le service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le et l\xe2\x80\x99impact financier;
\xc3\x89tablir de solides relations avec les agents de voyage, les fournisseurs, les h\xc3\xb4tels et les employ\xc3\xa9s;
Travailler en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec les d\xc3\xa9partements des Op\xc3\xa9rations, des Services \xc3\xa0 destination, des A\xc3\xa9roports, des Ventes, des R\xc3\xa9servations et tous les autres d\xc3\xa9partements internes;
Veiller \xc3\xa0 ce que l\xe2\x80\x99image et le nom de l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise soient toujours repr\xc3\xa9sent\xc3\xa9s de la mani\xc3\xa8re la plus professionnelle et la plus positive possible;
Fournir l\xe2\x80\x99assistance requise par les agents de service ou autres. Connaissances et comp\xc3\xa9tences requises :

Dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire et un minimum de cinq (5) ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience dans l\xe2\x80\x99industrie du voyage, de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence dans une agence de voyages;
Bon jugement et esprit d\xe2\x80\x99initiative;
Autonomie, excellent sens de l\xe2\x80\x99organisation et bonnes m\xc3\xa9thodes de travail et de prise de d\xc3\xa9cision;
Aptitudes interpersonnelles, cr\xc3\xa9ativit\xc3\xa9, dynamisme et enthousiasme;
Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler sous pression et \xc3\xa0 respecter des d\xc3\xa9lais serr\xc3\xa9s;
Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication, \xc3\xa9crite et orale dans les deux langues officielles (anglais et fran\xc3\xa7ais);
Connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier d\xe2\x80\x99Excel. - Assist all customers and travel agents in seeking solutions to resolve complaints related to post-travels.

: RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle all claims received in writing from travel agents and/or clients related to travels for which problems/issues/queries need to be resolved within an annual turn around time of 10 days
Conduct all pertinent research for each complaint
Negotiate settlements by phone
Analyze and review appeals on decisions taken previously for which travel agents and/or clients are in disagreement and make appropriate decision and/or settlement
Troubleshoot issues that may arise which relates to destination representatives\xe2\x80\x99 reports
Ensure telephone calls are returned within same day or 24 hours;
Maintain complaint weekly report and assist to complaint monthly, quarter and/or annual report
Provide and maintain a high customer service level and professionalism through the course of the telephone and/or any correspondence contact
Use established parameters to help resolve issues for 50% of post travel complaints (approx)
Use common sense, past decisions, legal and court judgements to make decision to balance contract for 50% of post travel complaints (approx)
Ensure all decisions fall within the budgeted guidelines
Able to make correct business decision to serve ACV\xe2\x80\x99s best interests and have a solid understanding of the fine line between customer service and financial impact
Establish strong relationships with travel agents, suppliers, hotels, and employees;
Work closely with Operations, Destination Services, Airports, Sales, Reservations and all other internal departments
Ensure that the company\xe2\x80\x99s image and name is always represented in the most professional and positive manner
Provide assistance as required by duty officers or other Knowledge and Skills Required:

College degree with a minimum of five (5) years experience in the travel industry, preferably a tour operator
Good judgement and initiative
Demonstrates autonomy, excellent work organization/methods and decision making
Interpersonal skills, creativity, drive, and enthusiasm
Must work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in both official languages (English and French)
Knowledge on Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
