ABOUT THE JOB
Our client in the high-end real estate industry is rapidly expanding. They have created new positions to better meet the demand and achieve their ambitious vision of doubling their workforce next year.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct business development and leasing strategies in collaboration with management
- Manage a team of leasing agents and several buildings, passionate about customer service and residential leasing
- Monitor team KPI\'s and objectives to ensure full leasing capacity is achieved for each building, whether in development or in operation
- Monitor the CRM of the prospect lists and follow-up process
- Train, motivate and grow the leasing team with the support of the building managers (training, recruitment, evaluation)
- Optimize the leasing of units, follow up on promotions, exceptions, etc.
- Ensure the company\'s outreach and visibility, such as feedback, collaboration with marketing and communication
- Lead and coordinate leasing activities and events: open house, launch event, set up of new leasing offices, etc.
- Monitor postings and competitive intelligence

OUR REQUIREMENTS

- College degree or diploma
- Bilingual
- A minimum of 5 years experience in residential leasing, including 2 years as a personnel manager
- General computer knowledge and skills (MS Office, Outlook, web browsing and social media)
- Knowledge in the use of property management programs (Yardi, Hopem or MRI) - an asset
