Our organization is a premier residential community offering modern amenities and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Rental Coordinator to join our team and help facilitate and administer our leasing operations.

Job Summary:

The Rental Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the rental process, from initial inquiries to lease signing. This role involves interacting with potential and current residents, coordinating property tours, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth move-in experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Service:

Greet and assist prospective residents, answer inquiries, and provide information about available units and community amenities.

Leasing:

Conduct property tours, explain lease terms, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

Application Processing:

Review rental applications, verify references, and conduct background checks.

Lease Management:

Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensure all documentation is complete, and maintain accurate records.

Move-In Coordination:

Schedule move-in dates, conduct move-in inspections, and ensure units are ready for new residents.

Resident Relations:

Address resident concerns and maintenance requests, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance resident satisfaction.

Marketing:

Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings, social media updates, and community events.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain organized files, update databases, and handle correspondence related to leasing activities.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; experience in real estate administration preffered. Previous experience in property management, leasing, or customer service is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Positive attitude and a team player.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
