Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Rental Agent to join our dynamic team. The Property is a Luxury twin tower high rise at Yonge and St. Clair.

Polished dress code is required, The ideal candidate will be responsible and attentive providing assisting clients in finding the perfect rental properties that meet their needs. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a knack for negotiation. Responsibilities

Assist clients in identifying their rental needs and preferences through effective communication and active listening. Maintain accurate records of rental listings, client interactions, and property viewings. Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about rental units to prospective tenants. Negotiate lease terms and conditions between landlords and tenants to ensure mutual satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with property owners to ensure properties are well-maintained and presented attractively. Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple listings and appointments efficiently. Stay updated on market trends, rental rates, and local amenities to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative roles or retail sales is preferred. Strong sales management skills with a focus on achieving targets. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficient organizational skills to manage various tasks simultaneously. Effective phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and stakeholders. Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients while maintaining professionalism. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. A passion for real estate and a willingness to learn about the rental market is essential.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $17.44-$25.90 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
