We are currently seeking a Customer Service - Front Desk Rental Agent $20.50 An Hour Plus COMMISSION! **WEEKEND AVAILBILITY IS A MUST** No experience necessary, we offer on the job training! RENTAL AGENT POSITION DETAILS Our Front Desk Rental Agent position offers a truly unique experience. Think about mixing a car rental agent and a hotel front desk agent. You will be helping our guests check-in and start their own personal adventure.
- Maintain cleanliness of the RV Rentals
- Check guests in and out of their RV rental
- Take guests on walk-though of their unit
- Explain basic functions of different parts of RV
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- "Up sell" as appropriate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to Detail
- Driver\'s License
- Superior communication skills
- Desire to work and learn
- Dependability
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driver\'s License (Required)
