Responsibilities

Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties based on their needs and preferences. Advertise available units on social media platforms. Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about features, amenities, and rental terms. Utilize software tools such as Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes. Communicate effectively with clients, landlords, and team members to ensure smooth transactions. Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally. Support sales management efforts by promoting available properties and following up with potential renters. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Proven customer service experience with the ability to build rapport quickly. Sales management experience is a plus; ability to promote properties effectively. Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
