Renovation Manager (noc 70011)
Job Description
The Golden Hammer Handyman Services is a renovation services company serving Metro Vancouver which specializes in the installation of doors and garage doors in addition to providing other renovation services. We are currently looking to hire a full-time Renovation Manager who has outstanding technical knowledge about the installation of internal and external doors, as well as garage doors. The position will have the following responsibilities:
consulting with clients regarding plans and specifications for required renovation work;
selecting, hiring and supervising teams of trade subcontractors for specialized work such as but not limited to plumbing, heating and electrical work;
performing renovation work alongside subcontractors using tools including but not limited to power tools, sealing fittings and hand tools;
planning and preparing work schedules and co-ordinating the activities of teams of subcontractors; and
inspecting work performed by subcontractors to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $72,800.00 per year

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Work Location: On the road
