Bathroom Brothers is an established and growing renovation company that specializes in 1-2 day bathroom renovations. We are currently offering an opportunity for a self driven Lead Team Member/Manager to join our Regina location. This is a flex position requiring the right individual to possess sales, marketing and management skills along with a well rounded hands on construction background. Plumbing experience and ability to train new workers would be highly beneficial. There is some heavy lifting involved in this position. This is a flex hands on renovations and sales and management of the day to day operations. The successful candidate will be organized and punctual and able to take on the construction process from start to finish. Skills:

- Carpentry, Installations, renovations, plumbing an asset.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven experience in account management, sales, and business development
- Knowledge of the market and trends in the construction industry
- Experience in outside sales is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong relationships
- Technical aptitude and understanding of various types of tools and equipment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour
