• Certification in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) IT service management. Proof of the certification is requested with the response.
• 10 years\' experience in a business analysis role documenting current and future state business processes and identifying capability gaps in a project environment. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.
• 7 years\' experience implementing or upgrading systems designed to support healthcare activities and infrastructure. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the project or work totaling at least 7 years. At least 1 example should include analysis of an information system designed to support cardiology.
• 5 years\' experience in business process mapping activities aimed at reducing waste and overall cost to the organization. The examples should include how metrics were identified and developed for measuring process performance. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years. At least 1 example should include the creation of a RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) matrix to govern the roles in the process.
• 5 years\' experience mapping and migrating data that contains sensitive patient or client information. Experience should include database mapping activities for data migration, and the establishment of data dictionaries for end user reporting. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years. At least 1 example should include data from an electronic patient record (EPR) used in an acute care setting.
• 5 years\' experience with implementing or upgrading enterprise resource planning solutions that support finance, purchasing, and invoicing/billing. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
• 5 years\' experience as a team lead or Business Analyst defining work products and schedules for project deliverables. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
• 1 year of experience migrating organizations to an Office365 environment. The Response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that total at least 1 year.
