• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or higher certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response.
• Valid Prosci Change Management Certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response.
• Degree or Diploma in healthcare informatics or a healthcare discipline. A copy of the degree or diploma is requested with the response.
• 10 years\' experience working with stakeholders in a healthcare environment to implement changes to clinical workflow. Examples should include implementation and training of business process changes. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.
• 5 years\' experience working with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements and develop them into specifications or business process solutions. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
• 5 years\' experience involved in the implementation of clinical information systems in a healthcare environment in an analysis role. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
• 3 years\' experience developing and delivering training for information systems to clinical users including nurses and physicians. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years.
• 1 year of experience conducting and compiling privacy impact assessments for healthcare record systems to assess their compliance with provincial regulations. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 1 year.
• 5 years\' experience implementing the Allscripts suite of products in an acute care setting. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
