Cold Calling Sales Representatives

to help generate leads, book appointments, and keep our service schedule full. This fully remote, commission-based opportunity is perfect for someone who's confident, persuasive, and thrives on turning cold calls into revenue.

Position Overview

As a Cold Calling Sales Representative, your core responsibility will be to

reach out to homeowners

, introduce our services,

qualify their interest

book estimates or cleanings

You'll work from a proven script with the flexibility to personalize it to match your style. This role suits

self-driven sales professionals

who enjoy challenges, love building quick rapport, and are motivated by performance-based pay.

Key Responsibilities

Make daily outbound calls to residential homeowners Deliver a confident, persuasive pitch introducing AllClean Solutions Handle objections professionally and build trust quickly Ask qualifying questions to identify high-potential leads Schedule service appointments or hand off warm leads to the sales team Attend short virtual check-ins or coaching calls as needed Consistently meet weekly lead and booking targets (with bonus incentives)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and a confident phone presence Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment setting (preferred) Comfortable making 50-100+ outbound calls per day Skilled in persuasion and objection handling Resilient and self-motivated -- able to keep dialing after rejection Highly organized with the ability to manage your own workflow Tech-savvy: able to work with dialers, scripts, spreadsheets, or CRM software

Must Have

A reliable phone (cell or VoIP) A computer or laptop A quiet, distraction-free workspace A stable internet connection
