MetroPro is seeking a motivated and professional Outbound Appointment Setter to help connect local businesses with our 24/7 AI Receptionist service. In this role, you will contact businesses such as plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, contractors, salons, and more to introduce our automation solutions and generate qualified client sign-ups. This position requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and a proactive mindset.

Key Duties
Make outbound calls to small and local businesses to introduce MetroPro's AI Receptionist service.
Identify decision-makers, explain product benefits, and schedule appointments or demos.
Generate and follow up on leads, maintaining consistent outreach each day.
Clearly communicate how our AI services help businesses capture more calls, reduce missed opportunities, and improve customer response times.
Maintain accurate notes, lead status, and call outcomes in our CRM system.
Meet weekly and monthly outreach goals related to calls made, appointments scheduled, and clients acquired.
Build rapport with business owners and provide clear answers to product questions.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding of new clients.
Represent MetroPro.site in a professional, trustworthy manner.
Qualifications
Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation preferred.
Comfortable speaking with business owners and handling objections.
Strong verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone presence.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay consistent with outreach goals.
Basic understanding of CRM tools (or willingness to learn).
Organized, reliable, and capable of managing daily call quotas.
Interest in technology or AI solutions is a plus.
