Job Overview:

We're looking for a motivated

Sales Representative

to proactively reach out to local businesses, pitch our lead-generation services, and onboard new clients. You'll be the first point of contact, building relationships and demonstrating how our services can transform their business.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Prospecting:

Cold-call and email local businesses to introduce our services. Identify decision-makers (owners, managers) and pitch solutions. Maintain a high daily call/email volume (e.g., 50+ calls/day).

Sales & Conversion:

Explain service benefits (e.g., "Never miss a lead again!"). Handle objections and close deals. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

CRM & Follow-Up:

Track leads and interactions in [CRM Tool, e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce]. Follow up with prospects via email/calls to nurture interest.

Feedback & Reporting:

Share market insights with the team (common objections, trends). Provide weekly sales reports.

Requirements:

Experience:

1+ years in sales (cold calling, B2B, or local business sales preferred). Experience in marketing/digital services is a

plus

Skills:

Excellent communication (clear, persuasive, professional). Resilience to rejection and ability to handle objections. Self-motivated with a hunter mentality. Basic tech savvy (CRM, Google Sheets, etc.).

Nice-to-Have:

Familiarity with local business pain points (e.g., restaurants, clinics, contractors). Past success in commission-based roles.
