About Us:

Dayshine Contracting is a growing epoxy flooring and concrete coatings company based in the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley area. We specialize in high-quality residential, commercial, and industrial floor coating solutions. As our company expands, we are looking for a driven and motivated Remote Sales Representative to help us connect with new clients and secure more coating projects.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual who can generate leads, build relationships, and close deals--all from a remote setting. Your main responsibility will be to bring in new clients for our epoxy flooring and specialty coating services. If you love sales, enjoy flexible work hours, and thrive on commission-based income, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and contact potential clients (homeowners, contractors, property managers, businesses, developers, etc.) Generate leads through cold calling, outreach campaigns, networking, and online strategies Build strong relationships with prospects and understand their project needs Educate clients on Dayshine's epoxy flooring and coating solutions Provide accurate quotes and communicate project details to management Follow up on inquiries and convert warm leads into booked jobs Maintain a simple CRM log of interactions and progress Meet monthly sales targets and performance goals

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales (construction or coatings industry experience is an asset but not required) Strong communication skills--comfortable talking to clients by phone, text, email, and video call Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently Ability to understand project scopes and explain service benefits clearly Basic computer skills and ability to track leads A passion for building relationships and closing deals

Compensation:
