• 10 years\' experience in a consultant or senior management role overseeing the improvement or transformation of an organization\'s customer relationship management capability. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.
• 5 years\' experience in building, leading, coaching, and mentoring customer relationship management teams, including oversight of team performance and outcomes. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
• 5 years\' experience in a senior management role develop strategic plans, decisions on investments and partnerships, and overseeing a portfolio of projects and services. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
• 5 years\' experience planning and coordinating organizational capability redesign activities related to customer relationship management to establish new organizational capabilities and business units. Experience should include modelling of new organizational structure and units, facilitation with key stakeholders, and assisting the business through change and transformation. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
• 5 years\' experience in a project management or project team oversight role including creating or approving work plans, time, and cost estimates. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total 5 years.
• 5 years\' experience supporting organizational change management activities. Experience should include organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, development of change management plans and facilitation of adopting and implementing redesigned processes. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
• 7 years\' experience in providing direct customer relationship management to senior stakeholders, leading to stronger relationships with improved outcomes. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the projects or work that total at least 7 years.
• 2 years\' experience in development and management of a client satisfaction program, including definition and management of performance metrics. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that total at least 2 years.
