Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided call lists
Clearly explain our service and purpose of the call
Qualify leads by asking key questions
Schedule appointments accurately in our booking system
Track call outcomes and notes consistently
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and booking targets
Maintain a professional, friendly, and confident phone presence
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Organized and detail-oriented
Sales, customer service, or call experience is an asset (not required)
