We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through telemarketing and inside sales efforts. Your primary focus will be on building relationships, negotiating deals, and promoting our products and services to drive business development. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and experience in B2B sales.
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services
Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions using Salesforce
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective telemarketing strategies
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
Engage in technical sales discussions to explain product features and benefits
Develop business relationships that foster long-term partnerships
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to cater to a diverse client base
Qualifications
Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful B2B sales
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to understand technical concepts related to our products
A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results
