Key Responsibilities
Make
20-30 calls per day
(mix of warm, cold, inbound, and outbound)
Keep detailed notes and update contact records in Bullhorn CRM
Use provided call scripts and email templates
Research leads ahead of calls for a personalized approach
Send and respond to around 25 emails daily
Handle incoming calls from clients or candidates

Requirements & Skills
Non-negotiable:
Neutral or American accent (applicants outside the U.S. welcome, but clear U.S.-style communication required)
Experience in recruitment, staffing, or appointment setting
Strong phone presence and written communication skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Organized, detail-oriented, and CRM proficient (
Bullhorn experience is a plus
)
Compensation
Hourly rate:
$15-$19
(based on experience)
