Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development / Recruiter. The responsibilities include managing the full life cycle of recruiting, identifying and sourcing top healthcare talent, conducting interviews, managing client relationships, and supporting hiring processes. The role also involves developing and executing strategic hiring plans and training new hires.

Qualifications

Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring Excellent Communication skills Experience in Training and Support Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Strong organizational and time management skills Experience in the healthcare industry is a must have
