Job Description
We are now looking for a motivated Sales & Recruitment Associate to help us expand our client base.
What You'll Be Doing
Cold call businesses to introduce our services and convert them into clients Drive outreach through LinkedIn, email marketing, and other sales tools Build strong client relationships and manage hiring needs Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for open roles Coordinate placements and follow through until successful hire Track activity and results against weekly sales and goals.
What We're Looking For
Experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR sales Comfortable making high-volume cold calls and handling objections Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, organized, and ready to grow into a full-time role A hunter mindset: you thrive on turning a "no" into a "yes"
