Rotation/Shifts
Days, 8 hour shifts (08:00-16:00, 08:30-16:30).

Basic Requirements
- Secondary school diploma (Grade 12);
- One (1) year previous related experience with clinical funding programs in health care or health insurance setting;
- Successful completion of The Ottawa Hospital medical terminology self-directed learning program or certification in medical terminology from a recognized educational institutuion;
- Basic Excel;
- Experience with literature searches;
- General knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry;
- Sound knowledge of the Ontario Drug Benefit Formulary;
- Sound knowledge of Word and Outlook;
- Sound knowledge of EPIC or other EMRs
- Ability to collect and analyze statistical data;
- Ability to develop rapport with patients, stakeholders and clinicians;
- Ability to work independently, with empathy and remotely with broader team members;
- Ability to train and mentor new staff;
- Ability to make decisions using sound judgment and work under stress;
- Eligible to work in Canada.
