Boardwalk is currently looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator at our head office in the Nuns' Island. |Responsibilities|Advertising (25%)

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans as required
• Plan, lead, manage and attend all Resident events and sponsorships
• Manage regional social media including planning, content creation and posting
• Photography/videography of products, services, and experiences
• Management of all digital assets including photos, floor plans, 3D tours, and virtual staging
• Monitor, manage and report on advertising budgets
• Achieve organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value

Signage (50%)

• Organize all signage designs, orders, and installs with vendors
• Management of all signage timelines for renovations, reports and budgets
• Conduct in person site sign audits throughout region on ongoing basis

Community Engagement / Events (25%)

• Plan, lead, manage and attend all Resident events and sponsorships
• Work with community engagement manager to deploy regionally driven events

|Requirements|

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or Communications
• Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, event management or related field an asset
• Industry, media and signage experience and asset
• Copy writing and editing skills
• Bilingual, French and English - verbal and written

• Valid driver license
• Travel required to Boardwalk properties throughout Quebec (10%)
