Registered Social Worker

with a minimum of

three years of counselling experience

Position Overview



In this role, you will provide

counselling services to individuals, couples, and families

while upholding the

highest standards of ethical practice, clinical excellence

, and

respect for diversity and human dignity

.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide

client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive counselling

services. Conduct

assessments

, develop collaborative treatment plans, and monitor progress. Maintain strict

ethical standards

, including confidentiality, informed consent, and professional boundaries. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, engaging in

clinical supervision

and case consultations. Contribute to

community outreach, educational workshops

, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:



Master's degree

in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

Registered

with the

Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (RSW)

or eligible for registration.

Minimum of 3 years' counselling experience

, including work with individuals, couples, and families. Demonstrated expertise in

evidence-based therapeutic modalities

(e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, narrative, systemic). Strong commitment to

ethical practice

(e.g., CASW Code of Ethics),

cultural competence

, and

client-centered care

. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work

independently and collaboratively

within a team-oriented environment.
