Overview

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic psychotherapist or social worker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is warm, grounded, clinically confident, and passionate about helping clients build meaningful change in their healing journey. You will provide individual, couple, and/or family therapy depending on your training and interests.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide ongoing psychotherapy to adult clients using evidence-based approaches Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members when appropriate Participate in team meetings Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

Master's degree in Mental Health Counselling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Registered with College of Registered Psychotherapist or the Ontario College of Social Workers and in good standing Liability Insurance At least two years experience in the clinical mental health field Experience providing evidence based clinical interventions for GAD and MDD Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills Excellent interpersonal communication and rapport-building abilities Commitment to ongoing professional development Training in Trauma Therapy an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $105.00-$140.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
