two thoughtful, engaged therapists

About You

You're a Registered Psychotherapist or Social Worker with at least two years of experience in individual and/or couples therapy. You also:

Bring genuine curiosity about your clients and your work Are committed to your own learning and growth Are excited to help build a healthy, supportive team culture Are available for at least 15 to 20 clinical hours per week, including some mornings, evenings, or weekends

Skilled or curious about attachment, relationships, and/or sex therapy through a compassionate, relational lens

Create space that is safe, inclusive, and affirming for all clients Value collaboration, feedback, and continuous growth

Training in IFS, EMDR, relationship, and/or sex therapy is considered an asset.

What We Offer

$80 to $110 per clinical hour Hybrid flexibility with required in-person work in Milton, Ontario Flexible hours (7 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays; some weekends optional) A modern, comfortable office space built for ease and authenticity A Client Services Team that supports scheduling, inquiries, and admin tasks Ongoing peer consultation, supervision, and professional development Consistent client demand and strong visibility in the Milton and Kitchener-Waterloo regions A collaborative, transparent, and supportive team culture

Pay: $80.00-$110.00 per hour
