About the Role
We're seeking
Registered Nurses (RNs)
and
Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs)
to join our caring and professional team. In this role, you'll provide clinical nursing care, assess client health needs, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure clients receive the best possible care in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Provide wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures
Monitor and document client health status and report any significant changes
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and family members to ensure continuity of care
Provide education and support to clients and families on health management and prevention
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
Current registration with the
College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
as an RN or RPN
Current
CPR & First Aid certification
Valid
driver's license and reliable transportation
(preferred)
Experience in community nursing, home care, or geriatric care is an asset
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
