Registered Nurses (RNs)

skilled nursing facilities

located in

Southeastern Missouri, United States

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a long-term care setting. You'll work alongside an experienced and collaborative team, with access to professional development and support throughout your transition.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver individualized nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams Supervise licensed and unlicensed staff to ensure quality and compliance Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Maintain accurate documentation and follow regulatory standards Respond appropriately to emergencies and changing patient needs Support and mentor team members in daily care activities

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active or eligible

Missouri RN license

(must obtain prior to start date) At least

1 year of experience

in long-term care, skilled nursing, hospice, home care, or med-surg Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills Committed to providing patient-centered care

Additional Requirements for International Candidates

Internationally trained nurses, including those from Canada, are welcome to apply. Eligible candidates must:

Have passed the

NCLEX-RN

Hold a valid

Visa Screen Certificate

Provide proof of English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS) if required Be open to

relocating to Missouri under a TN visa

or applicable U.S. work authorization
