Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Broker to join our team. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building relationships with clients, and offering insurance solutions tailored to their needs. Duties:
- Communicate with potential clients through telemarketing, email, and in-person meetings
- Conduct outside sales visits to meet with clients and assess their insurance needs
- Develop and maintain a client base by building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Sell various types of insurance policies, including auto, home, commercial and travel insurance
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable insurance coverage options based on their individual circumstances
- Compile insurance applications and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Review quotes to ensure adequate coverage is provided based on the clients needs.
- Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

-Maintain RIBO License requirements each year

Experience:

- Must be RIBO Level 1 licensed
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of insurance policies and coverage options
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively negotiate terms and conditions with clients and underwriters
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Experience in sales administration or retail sales is preferred
