What You'll Do:

Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering excellent customer service. Advise clients on their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options. Generate new business through networking, referrals, and leads. Provide quotes for auto, home, commercial, and life insurance products. Manage policy renewals, amendments, and claims support. Work closely with our team to achieve sales goals and contribute to office growth.

What We're Looking For:

A licensed RIBO (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario) is preferred or equivalent. Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in insurance or financial services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Proficiency with technology and ability to learn insurance software. Multilingual skills are an asset.
