What Will You Do?

As a Commercial Producer, you'll:

Drive business development by prospecting, generating leads, and converting new commercial clients Assess insurance needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend tailored commercial insurance solutions Market risks to insurers, negotiate terms, and secure competitive coverage and pricing Provide proactive service including coverage guidance, endorsements, claims coordination, and timely communication Build and maintain strong client relationships across various industries while collaborating with internal service teams to deliver seamless service Stay informed on market trends, insurer appetites, and product changes to best advise clients Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance using Applied Systems (Epic) and internal workflows

Core Requirements

To be successful in this role, our minimum requirements are:

A level 2 Alberta Insurance Licence or above 1 year of experience as a commercial insurance broker

Your success in this role will be enhanced if you have:

Additional insurance licences and/or relevant experience Experience with Applied Systems (Epic) Proficiency in insurance company portals
