As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable RIBO Licensed Broker to join our team onsite in Windsor.

What You'll Do

Provide expert guidance and customized insurance solutions to personal and commercial clients Build lasting relationships through responsive, professional service Process policy changes, renewals, and new applications with accuracy Stay informed on industry trends, products, and regulatory updates Collaborate with team members to meet service and sales goals

What You Bring

Valid RIBO license (active and in good standing) Minimum 2 years of experience in personal or commercial insurance Equivalent experience will be considered; internationally trained professionals and applicants with relevant international insurance experience are encouraged to apply Strong communication and customer service skills Familiarity with insurance management systems (e.g., Power Broker, Applied Systems) Must reside in the Windsor/Essex Region and be available to work onsite
