We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing quality oral healthcare to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to perform dental cleanings, provide preventive care, and educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices.
Duties:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing of teeth
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Assess patients' oral health and identify any signs of disease or abnormalities
- Provide oral hygiene instructions and educate patients on proper dental care techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology
- Knowledge of Dentrix software is desirable
- Experience working with pediatric patients and orthodontics is beneficial
