What you'll do:

Perform a full range of clinical hygiene services -- including scaling, root planing, polishing, and applying topical fluoride -- with precision and care Assess patients in alignment with clinical protocols to ensure personalized care plans Act as an oral health educator, guiding patients toward healthy habits and long-term preventive care strategies Build strong and trusting patient relationships with professionalism and a positive attitude Create a tailored experience for each patient based on their unique needs, expectations, and goals

What you'll bring to the role:

Completion of a recognized Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree program Current registration and in good standing with the

College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)

Malpractice/liability insurance through CDHA or ODHA

IPAC

certification Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain care clearly and effectively Excellent multitasking and organizational skills A collaborative spirit, able to work both independently and as part of a team Comfort with dental software systems (Abel Dent) is an asset Experience in digital scannings preferred, (training can be provided), Pola Light whitening, and laser hygiene therapy is considered an asset

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $50.00-$52.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 10 per week
