Westsyde Dental Center is a privately owned, fully digital dental practice. We are currently looking for a motivated, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our vibrant team full-time, Monday to Friday. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding patient care by creating a friendly, comfortable, and professional environment. Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride applications. Conduct periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings as part of preventive care. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and individualized home care routines. Document clinical notes accurately and maintain up-to-date patient records using our software. Communicate effectively with the dental team to coordinate treatment planning and ensure continuity of care. Monitor and maintain infection control standards and sterilization protocols in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education to support high standards of clinical care.

Qualifications

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in British Columbia
