Job Overview

As a Regional Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for executing brand programs, driving in-store sales, and representing the company in retail environments. You'll perform in-store activations, educate budtenders and consumers, monitor brand visibility, and support various sales initiatives throughout your assigned territory.

This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel to cannabis retail stores.

Responsibilities

Call and visit cannabis retail stores Track and log store visits and retailer needs Support retailers with product knowledge, merchandising, and promotional materials Execute in-store activations and product education events at licensed retailers and industry events Represent the brand professionally and compliantly in all public settings Track and report on in-store conditions, stock levels, and consumer feedback Meet monthly sales goals and KPIs within your territory Submit timely daily/weekly activity and sales reports Be available for activations on weekdays and weekends as needed Other duties as required

Compensation & Perks

Base Salary

Requirements

Must have access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license 1-2 years of experience in retail, field sales, or brand promotions Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy schedule Highly motivated and self-directed, with the ability to work independently Comfortable with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Assets

CannSell certification (or willingness to obtain) Prior experience in the cannabis industry or other regulated markets Experience executing promotional events or brand activations
