Regional Sales Representative - Franchise

We are looking for a

driven and dynamic Regional Sales Representative

to join our team on a

6-month contract

. This role, based in Mississauga, is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to build relationships, drive revenue, and make a meaningful impact within a competitive market. You'll be empowered to hunt for new business, grow existing accounts, and represent our hotels with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and conversion Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and local businesses Research and identify new opportunities within the assigned market to maximize occupancy and revenue Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals Accurately maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and weekly reports Represent the hotel at tradeshows, networking events, and client meetings to increase visibility and market share

Work Experience

Qualifications

1-3 years of sales, business development, or account management experience A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce knowledge is an asset) Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region as needed

$40,000-$45,000 Go Hilton Travel Program Discount
