This company boasts one of the best company cultures around and they are renowned for their inclusive, collaborative and supportive environment.ABOUT THE ROLEYou will be working alongside the Property Team, reporting to the COO and directly supervising a team of 10-12 employees (operational staff). The role is based out of the office in Vancouver, and there will be need for travel to the different sites across B.C.ABOUT THE POSITIONThis role does not require a rental property management license, but does require at least 3+ years of residential property management/asset management experience. You will be managing a multi-residential portfolio across B.C, primarily in Vancouver. Your main job duties will include:

• Leading, coaching and encouraging a team of 10-12 employees.
• Forecasting and determining budgets.
• Producing financial and operational reports.
• Assisting the marketing team with implementing strategies.
• Providing cost effective strategies to maximize value in all areas of your portfolio.
• Move in and move out inspections.
• Ensuring all of the health & safety guidelines, and Residential.
• Tenancy Act policies are followed.
• Providing quarterly performance feedback.
• Other Property Manager duties as necessary.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of residential property management/asset management experience
• Direct supervisory/leadership experience in a property management role
• Customer service/tenant relations experience is an asset
• Experience forecasting budgets and strategizing cost effectiveness
• Valid Driver\'s License and vehicle

COMPENSATION

• $110,000-$130,000 per annum (+/- based on experience)
• 3 weeks\' vacation
• Extended Health & Dental
• Bonuses
