We\'re adding a Full-Time, Permanent Regional Manager to our growing team in Manitoba! The ideal candidate would be willing to travel to our hearing centres within Winnipeg and surrounding regions.

What it\'s all about:

Through excellent communication skills and a heightened ability to inspire and influence people, the Regional Manager will oversee all the hearing care centres (people and operations) throughout Manitoba. The ideal candidate will be a high energy team leader with business acumen and people development and coaching skills. We are looking for someone who is growth-oriented and has a passion to grow not only the region in terms of sales, but grow and develop our existing talent.

What you will do:

\xc2\xb7 Ongoing training on systems and sales strategies, and leveraging a strong business acumen to guide and optimize performance of our people and processes

\xc2\xb7 Monitor our regional centres\' KPIs and deliver on reporting, analyzing the data, and making decisions to maximize sales and profit objectives

\xc2\xb7 Support ongoing communications within the region and liaising with our Head and Global offices

\xc2\xb7 An entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities to develop business and community relations

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the evolving organizational culture within HearCANADA and work as an ambassador to our mission, vision, and values

\xc2\xb7 Work with other departments (marketing, facilities, HR) to maximize the success and compliance in the region

\xc2\xb7 Maintain knowledge of product/equipment including minor troubleshooting, working knowledge of vendors and contractor services

\xc2\xb7 Oversee and support execution of marketing plan for region, including outreach initiatives such as community events and/or physician outreach

What we are looking for:

\xc2\xb7 Post-secondary education in business or audiology. A combination of education and experience deemed equivalent would also be considered

\xc2\xb7 5+ years\' experience managing people and operations (within a healthcare/retail setting would be considered a strong asset)

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrable experience guiding direct and indirect reports through change management

\xc2\xb7 Superior oral and written communication skills with a high energy "can-do" spirit!

\xc2\xb7 Keen attention-to-detail for time management, organization, and the ability to delegate as needed

\xc2\xb7 Ability to establish and maintain a professional rapport with clients, co-workers, community partners, and other internal/external stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Willingness to travel frequently to visit various HearCANADA centres in Manitoba
