Job Description




#1! is the position Sandoz Canada will achieve in the Bio & Generic market by 2025. The Regional Manager, Customer Engagement, Hospitals, will ensure achievement of national and territorial sales objectives in a collaborative approach through Business Plan realisation, network development and the promotion of launches and/or specific product.

  • Interact and support customers while providing constant and immediate support and ensure high level of satisfaction on a daily basis
  • Support the national POA by the development of a territorial Business Plan to ensure proper and timely execution of key activities. Adapt it to specific customers for regular Business Reviews
  • Maximise new product launch promotion and constantly gather intel on patient flow
  • Focus on identifying and capturing regional Opportunistic Sales Opportunities
  • Plan, support and participate at regional/national industry events to further develop relationships and position Sandoz as a Hospital
The territory is for the Quebec and Atlantic provinces.

Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in business or science
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales with a focus on the hospital market
  • Deep commitment for customer service and exceeding expectations
  • High level of autonomy and intiative
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a complex and dynamic market
  • Strong analytical, collaborative, negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills. Thrives in changing and ambiguous environments requiring flexibility, agility and creativity
  • Ability to prioritize and handle many different priorities at the same time
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
