We\'re looking for a Customer Engagement and Communications Manager to join our PR & Communications team. You will help amplify our mission to power the world\'s best businesses by connecting with ambitious entrepreneurs communities, our employees, media, investors and other audiences around the globe.

Please note that this role can be based in Montreal, Quebec or Toronto, Ontario.

What you\'ll be doing:

  • Lead & manage a tiered customer incentive program to be leveraged by Communications, Brand and Marketing teams.
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of our flagship products, modules and services (including Payment, Capital and B2B).
  • Support our global social community management efforts
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of our flagship products, modules and services
  • Identify high-impact merchant stories by leveraging our merchant-facing teams as well as data and reporting

We\'re looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • Someone who is motivated by output, and can dig into the finest level of detail to understand what is driving a problem and provide essential takeaways
  • You are focused on the customer experience and always want to do right by our merchants
  • You have exceptional ROI-tracking skills, with the ability to set and report on success metrics, analyze data and recommend improvements
  • Excel by seeking professional and personal hyper-growth
