Our Aylmer, Ontario facility specializes in the production of infused pre-rolls and features automated vape filling capabilities.

Job Summary:



The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key regional and emerging regional key accounts. In addition to managing accounts, the merchandising team will report into this role. There will be cross functional work with our internal Organigram teams on education, allocation planning and creating action plans to sell through and introduce products to the market. This is an exciting fast-paced sales environment for a qualified individual that has a relentless passion to foster customer relationships. In addition, this individual strives to drive brand awareness and education in a fact-based manner, is data driven, and has attention to detail.



Key Responsibilities:



Manage select regional key accounts and ensure Organigram is at the forefront of share growth. Maintain and grow existing regional partnerships as well as identify new sales opportunities based on market share, volume and distribution. Manage the merchandising team in Alberta to ensure brand presence via pop ups, displays and product knowledge sessions. Collaborate with cross functional teams including marketing, trade marketing, provincial sales, field sales, Regional Sales Managers and National Account Managers. Achieve KPI targets on sales growth, market share growth, product distribution, visibility and budtender recommendation. Build appropriate programs, planograms and display assets that are aligned with corporate strategy and customer objectives. Work in partnership with trade marketing team to execute a customer specific activation calendar that converts consumer loyalty and sales. Effectively manage trade budget to drive volume and share growth within acceptable trade practices as well as following brand and merchandising guidelines. Measure and provide post analysis of trade activities including ROI. Submit feedback to the sales leadership team on market opportunities, product feedback and competitive insights.

Qualifications:



Post-secondary degree in Business, Commerce, or related field. Confident self-starter sales leader with a strong track record of success with key retailers. Proactively identifies changes to market, shifting priorities and strategy while simultaneously handling multiple projects. A passionate, driven and flexible professional that has successful Tier 1 Consumer Packaged Goods and/or cannabis sales experience. Proven track record in achieving sales quotas and best in class in-store conditions. Previous success in building and growing relationships with priority retailers. Clean drivers abstract. Comfortable working in a data driven environment. 3+ years' experience in Sales or Account Management. Proven successful track record of working remotely and independently.
