We are hiring a Regional Administrator for our Cash Services division, based out of our Halifax, NS branch.
The Regional Administrator plays a crucial role in managing the administrative functions and providing support to the operations of the region. They are responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, coordinating regional activities, and ensuring efficient operations within the region. The Regional Administrator also assists with customer inquiries, resolves issues, and maintains effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
Preparing payroll for unionized employees for the Region (multiple provinces), submitted from scheduling and operations
Daily & Weekly payroll auditing, verification, & submission for unionized employees
Maintain various tracking spreadsheets and update employee profile information
Tracking and submitting enrollment forms, claims, etc. for both branch and field employees
Ensure a high level of accuracy of data input into the payroll program, ensuring that new or more accurate information is diligently input, and all input deadlines are met
Input and pay fleet invoices for the Region
Audit, code, and submit accounts payable invoices for the Region
Collect invoices and reconcile corporate credit accounts
All other tasks as assigned

What we're looking for
Experience and/or knowledge in a logistical environment is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Experience with Dayforce is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Attention to detail and ability to abide by operational and security policies and procedures
Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and make decisions quickly
Ability to organize and prioritize work activities
Strong teamwork and partnership orientation
