The job involves:
Assembly, installation and repair of heating ventilation and air conditioning units, chillers, refrigeration equipment, and appliances
Mechanical set up of new equipment and machinery
Install and maintenance of piping, fittings for ice machines
Evacuating and reclaiming refrigerant in compliance with required codes, standards and environmental regulations
Completing demand and preventative maintenance work orders
Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:
A current certificate of qualifications as a Refrigeration Mechanic (313A), and Gas Fitter 2 or 1
Minimum of Five years working with roof top refrigeration, commercial and restaurant equipment
O.D.P. Card
Experience in all aspects of building maintenance
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Valid Class G Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License
Welding experience is an asset
The ability to wear a half mask respirator is required
