Core Community Pilates is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio with two Vancouver locations, one in Kitsilano and one on Main Street. Since opening our doors in 2020, we've been dedicated to creating a welcoming and empowering environment for individuals of all backgrounds. With small class sizes and personalized attention, we ensure every client feels supported, valued, and connected.

We are looking for a passionate Pilates Instructor to join our team at Core Community Pilates. In this role, you will lead engaging classes that empower clients to achieve their fitness goals while cultivating a supportive community atmosphere. Your contributions will be vital in helping clients feel good in their bodies and connected with others.

Responsibilities

Lead Reformer Pilates classes for small groups, ensuring personalized attention and safety. Educate clients on proper techniques and modifications to enhance their practice. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages client engagement. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and provide feedback. Promote the studio's values of growth, communication, and kindness through interactions.

Requirements

Certification as a Reformer Pilates Instructor from a recognized program (e.g. Balanced Body, Stott Pilates) Ability to adapt movement to diverse bodies, needs and injuries. Strong communication skills in English; bilingualism is an asset. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion for teaching and motivating others. Excellent time management skills to handle class schedules effectively. Customer service experience with a focus on creating positive client experiences.
