We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Pilates, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate clients of all levels. Responsibilities

Lead group and private Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels and client needs Demonstrate proper technique and form to ensure safety and effectiveness of exercises Foster a welcoming, motivating, and professional environment for all participants Communicate effectively with clients regarding their progress, goals, and concerns Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing client inquiries and providing support

Experience

Proven experience teaching Reformer Pilates in a professional setting is preferred Demonstrated ability to instruct diverse groups with patience and leadership qualities Experience in customer service, with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to manage time effectively to accommodate multiple classes or sessions throughout the day Prior experience working with clients of varying fitness levels is advantageous
