We are seeking a passionate and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our super fun and friendly Lemon team Jan 2026! (Located in NDG)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading engaging Pilates classes, providing personalized instruction, and fostering a welcoming environment for clients of all skill levels. This role offers an opportunity to inspire clients on their fitness journey while promoting health and wellness through expert guidance and motivation - all while having fun, sharing a few giggles and creating a community to be proud of.

Responsibilities

Lead small group Reformer Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety. Opportunities for private sessions. Develop customized workout plans based on group client needs and abilities.
Demonstrate exercises clearly, offering modifications as necessary to accommodate different levels of fitness.

Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere to encourage client engagement and retention. Monitor client progress and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.Uphold cleanliness and organization of the studio space, ensuring equipment is well-maintained and sanitized. Promote a welcoming environment that fosters client loyalty and satisfaction.Assist clients with bookings & check-ins though the Mindbody app. (Client and instructor backend)

Requirements

Proven experience as a Reformer Pilates Instructor, with relevant certifications preferred. Excellent communication skills in English and French (One or the other a necessity, 2nd language is a bonus and will be highly sought after). Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and engage clients effectively. Exceptional customer service skills to create a positive experience for all clients. Effective time management skills to organize classes and individual sessions efficiently. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire confidence and foster a supportive environment. Ability to adapt instruction based on individual client needs and skill levels. Professional demeanor with a passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals. Availability on weekends (preferably Saturday morning) and some evenings.
This position is an entry position into our studio with the potential of growing with us and getting more hours as we grow. We hope to build a long lasting relationship with you in our studio :)

Nous recherchons une instructrice de Pilates sur Reformer passionnee et experimentee pour rejoindre notre equipe chez Lemon, a partir de janvier 2026. Le studio est situe dans NDG (Notre-Dame-de-Grace), c'est un petit studio chaleureux qui comprend 4 reformers. On est ben l'fun et souriante! L'instructrice sera chargee d'offrir des cours motivants, creatifs et personnalises pour tous les niveaux. Responsabilites Diriger des cours de Pilates sur Reformer en petits groupes adaptes a differents niveaux, en veillant a la bonne technique et a la securite. Possibilite de donner des cours particuliers. Preparer des planifs creatives et motivantes. Demontrer clairement les exercices, en proposant des modifications. Maintenir une atmosphere positive. Veiller a la proprete et a l'organisation de l'espace du studio, en s'assurant que l'equipement est bien entretenu. Promouvoir un environnement accueillant. Confirmer l'enregistrement des clients via l'application Mindbody.

Exigences

Experience en tant qu'instructrice de Pilates sur reformer, avec une certification. Excellentes competences en communication en anglais et en francais (l'une ou l'autre est indispensable, la maitrise d'une deuxieme langue est un atout). Competences pedagogiques et capacite a motiver les clients. Experience en service a la clientele. Comportement professionnel et passion pour le pilates. Disponibilite le week-end (de preference le samedi matin) et certains soirs.
Ce poste est une position d'entree dans notre studio, avec la possibilite d'evoluer avec nous et d'obtenir plus d'heures a mesure que nous grandissons :)

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
