The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be involved in creating a great candidate experience, screening and selection process, interviewing and salary negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

Identifying talent through recruitment sources, screening candidates, conducting interviews Ability to manage multiple job requisitions, with excellent evaluation skills Administrative duties and record keeping, which includes all candidate data and information Assist in updating and revisiting position profiles based on business needs Assist in the creation of a recruiting and interviewing guides for each open position Build networks through community / college / government agencies initiatives Attend career fairs and present at industry events Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need Post new positions on job portals, social media and other relevant places
Requirements

You possess 4+ years of recruitment experience Experience in the Security / Hospitality Industry - 1 year You are results driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment You have excellent communication and negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superior customer service skills, including exceptional telephone etiquette Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner Sense of urgency and dedication to goals and deadlines Flexibility in work hours as required to meet the demands of a recruiting deadline Security experience is an asset
