This Role:





Quadbridge is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Recruitment Specialist

to join our Talent and Growth team. Reporting directly to the Senior Partner, Talent and Growth, this individual will play a critical role in supporting our hiring needs across our offices in

Montreal, Kitchener, and Vancouver

. The Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end candidate journey from job postings to initial screenings, ensuring an efficient, positive, and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers



Responsibilities:




Draft, post, and manage job descriptions across internal and external job boards. Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other sourcing tools. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and alignment with role requirements. Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience. Manage applicant flow, reviewing resumes and maintaining accurate records in our ATS (Greenhouse). Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on recruitment strategies. Coordinate interviews, maintain communication with candidates, and ensure smooth progression through the recruitment process. Support Quadbridge's hiring goals by managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Provide market insights and recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies and employer branding.




Required Skills and Qualifications





Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house). Proven ability to manage a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other tools. Experience with Greenhouse ATS considered an asset. Exceptional communication skills; articulate, professional, and approachable. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
