KGK Science is a world-leading Contract Research Organization (CRO) and provider of Clinical Research and Regulatory services for the Natural Health Products industry. We are always looking for top talent to join our growing team!

We are currently seeking a Clinical Trial Recruiter to join our team. This role is central to ensuring the success of our clinical trials by recruiting eligible participants and supporting our marketing initiatives.

Reporting to the Marketing Specialist & Recruitment Manager, the Clinical Trial Recruiter serves as the first point of contact for potential trial participants and works closely with clinic staff to ensure trials are filled effectively and strategically. In addition, the Recruiter will help design and implement marketing campaigns aimed at engaging and recruiting participants. Success in this role will be measured by the Recruiter's ability to maximize participant enrollment through excellent customer-focused communication, creativity in outreach, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:



Marketing Support



Help the Marketing Specialist to design and implement recruitment campaigns (digital, print, and community outreach). Provide input on messaging, visuals, and participant-facing materials to ensure clarity and appeal. Assist in monitoring campaign performance and suggest improvements to maximize recruitment success. Represent KGK at outreach events or information sessions to promote trials and generate interest.

Participant Recruitment



Review and process daily participant application surveys. Enter participant information (e.g., demographics, medications, health conditions, lifestyle) into Clinical Conductor software. Assess participant eligibility for current and concurrent clinical trials. Serve as the primary communication point for all participants - qualified or not - to advise on trials, explain requirements, and book clinic appointments. Schedule participants to ensure optimal daily clinic capacity and achievement of recruitment targets. Maintain accurate, organized participant records and route communications to appropriate clinic staff.

Other Duties



Support recruitment and marketing teams with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:



Post-secondary education in marketing, science, healthcare, or a related field. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to problem-solve effectively. Experience in a customer service or participant-facing role (clinical, sales, or community engagement experience is an asset). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular); experience with CRM or recruitment software is an asset. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse groups. Interest or experience in marketing campaigns, social media, or design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an asset. Team-oriented, adaptable, and open to feedback.
