We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing all aspects of administrative support to the Marketing Team. This role involves many different functions, including the coordination of scheduling and logistics, handling confidential and sensitive information, budget management, tracking and event coordination. This role will be required to build excellent working relationships and communications within the organization. In this position the coordinator has a broad view of all Marketing activities and offers an excellent entry point for growing a career in this area.
Accountabilities * Marketing & Community Event Support: Supports various marketing programs/functions which include but are not limited to crafting messages and obtaining images for social media at events, tent program administration, work orders, event support, and printing. Supports the local marketing team with volunteer administration, committee participation, event administration, managing branded merchandise giveaways, t-shirt distribution and equipment/vendor resources.
